AGREEMENT

Laugh & Drive Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) shall rent out a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Car”) to the Renter, and the Renter shall rent the Rental Car from the Company, in accordance with the provisions in this Agreement.
1. SERVICE ELIGIBILITY
Service Eligibility to rent a vehicle from Laugh & DriveRentals, Drivers must be 25-75 years of age and 1year possession of valid driver’s license. 75 year old must show medical certificate stating
that he/she is in good health and still able to operate vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone at our sole discretion.
2.Rental Fee
Renter agrees to pay the Company all rental fees, and any other additional fees may apply for fuel, insurance, and any other services as outlined in this Agreement.
3.DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $150.00 is required prior to the release of theVehicle. This deposit will be
refunded upon the safe return of theVehicle, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
4. CANCELATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled at least 24hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a
cancelation fee, equal to one day rentalrate.
5. INSURANCE
TheCompany offers insurance, which theRenter may purchase.
6. MAINTENANCE ANDREPAIRS
TheRenter is responsible for any damage to theRental Car during theRental Period. TheRenter agreesto notify the company immediately of any accidents or mechanical issues
7. TERMINATION
TheCompany reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess theVehicle at any time if theRenter violates any terms of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms aregoverned by the laws TheBahamas. All disputes arising to these terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nassau, Bahamas. Vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes. It should not be use for racing, towing, or off-road driving. IF an accident and/or damaged has been caused due to a traffic violation, driving faster than law permits ,areas where there are marks for not entering, entering places with unpaved and muddy areas ; renter is responsible for all the costs of damages Renter is responsible for theft of the vehicle during your rental period, regardless of fault. Your own Insurance Policy may cover your responsibility In case of flat tire or damaged tire the renter is responsible for repairing and/or replacing the tire. The rental car should be returned with the same amount of the correct fuel if this amount is less, we will charged the difference Please take note that these amounts are higher than the normal rates at the gas station. In case the wrong fuel was used diesel instead of Gas the charges for cleaning the fuel line and tank will be charged to the renter If car is towed and/or renter violate parking rules the renter is responsible for those charges If renter is ticked by law enforcement for reckless driving the renter is responsible for those charges The Vehicle must be returned to the Agreed location by the end of the Rental Period. If rental car is kept longer than agreed time renter is responsible for whatever late fee is incurred If renter property is left and not claimed I have the right to dispose after trying to reach them
If rental car is returned with trash such as food and/or debris renter will be charged a cleaning fee. If damages have been done to the interior you lose your deposit. No smoking and/or doing hooker in rental car if you do you lose your deposit. Rental car should be returned cleaned and odor free if not renter will be charged
cleaning fee. If vehicle keys are lost during the rental period renter will be charged a replacement fee. If any car accessories or tools such as Car MP3 Player, Spear tire, Jack, Tire wrench isnot found in Rental Car when returned, Renter will be charged a replacement fee. By using Laugh & DriveRentals, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them all.
